Andrea Kittelson, Co-founder

InterpraDex co-founder Andrea Kittelson holds an MFA in Theater Performance from San Francisco State University, an EdD in K-12 Leadership form the University of Southern California, and a Certificate of Completion in Analytics from Harvard Business School Online.

Dr. Kittelson served for 21 years as a teacher of nearly all grades K-12, from bilingual kindergarten in East Oakland to Advanced Placement English Literature in Glendale and Beverly Hills, then as an administrator for nearly eight years, first at a charter school, where she was promoted from teacher, then the LACOE juvenile court schools, and now an LAUSD neighborhood school.

During these 25+ years as a K-12+ educator, Dr. Kittelson has created many data innovations in order to identify for herself and others the true contributors to any one particular student's single test score or a class's or school's collection of scores. She has also designed new metrics where official metrics have faltered.

Dr. Kittelson presently shares her deep knowledge of data with teachers, schools and districts in order to help educators effect powerful lasting change.
